Select the right use case
Not every process warrants the same investment. Assess frequency, cycle time, precision, safety, and reliance on highly experienced operators.

Prepare data and standards
A connected machine needs dependable lists, programs, and routings. Bad information is merely automated faster if it is not corrected first.

Deploy in stages
A pilot with defined acceptance criteria lowers risk and builds learning. Deployment should include the operator, maintenance, and planning teams.
